The Volvo bus services for Kolkata to Digha are available only on Fri, Sat and Sun Days,Volvo Services from Friends Travel which is available every day .
There are 2 buses daily in Morning 7.30 and The bus normally reaches Digha around 12.30 (However they claim it will reach by but normally it does not happen.).
The fare of Volvo bus is Rs. 300/- per head Kolkata to Digha. Advance booking is also available at Esplanade Opposite of SAHID MINAR (Near Esplanade Metro station) at Friends travel counter. It is preferable to be there at least 1 hour before to book the ticket.
They have also AC bus services to Digha and the timing are the same , but the fare is 200/- per head.
The normal fare for Kolkata to Digha for CSTC buses nowadays are Rs. 168/- per head. It is WORTHY TO TRY volvo bus service by paying Rs. 122/- more per head to have the journey comfort and relaxations , they have Video Coach facility also.
Friends Travels do not have their own volvo but they use the VOLVO from JAIDADA But you could not find these service direct from JAIDADA
